The project features 11 distinct villas designed to blend harmoniously with their serene suburban surroundings. Each villa emphasizes privacy and intimacy while incorporating modern design elements. The villas are distinguished by their use of white concrete and carbonized wood, creating a striking contrast and a contemporary aesthetic. The design balances traditional shapes with a modern touch, smoothing out sharp angles and integrating natural materials to enhance both form and function.

Villa Variants

  1. Large Villas:

    • Scale:

These are the largest villas, offering expansive living spaces and luxurious amenities.

    • Design:

The large villas showcase a grand entrance with a solid white concrete façade that offers privacy and seclusion from the street. The front façade is minimalistic, featuring a series of vertical and horizontal lines that emphasize its geometric purity.

    • Back Facade:

The rear of the villa is entirely glazed, providing panoramic views of the private courtyard. Floor-to-ceiling glass panels flood the interior with natural light and blur the boundary between indoors and outdoors. The transition from concrete to glass is softened by the use of carbonized wood elements, which frame the glass and add warmth to the modern design.

    • Interior:

The spacious interiors are designed with an open floor plan, seamlessly connecting living, dining, and kitchen areas. High-end finishes and contemporary fixtures complement the clean lines of the architecture.

  2. Medium Villas:

    • Scale:

Slightly smaller than the large villas, these homes still offer generous living spaces and a high level of comfort.

    • Design:

The medium villas feature a similar approach to the façade, with a predominantly white concrete exterior that maintains privacy. However, these villas have a more compact front elevation compared to the larger models, creating a cozier and more intimate appearance.

    • Back Facade:

Like the large villas, the back is predominantly glass, overlooking a well-designed courtyard. Carbonized wood accents enhance the visual appeal and provide a smooth transition between the concrete and glass.

    • Interior:

Interiors are thoughtfully designed to maximize space and functionality. The medium villas include multiple bedrooms and flexible living areas, ensuring comfort and practicality for families.

  3. Small Villas:

    • Scale:

These are the smallest of the three types, offering a more compact yet efficient living space.

    • Design:

The small villas maintain the same design language as the larger models but on a more modest scale. The front façade is closed off, maintaining privacy with a streamlined white concrete exterior.

    • Back Facade:

The back features large glass panels with carbonized wood detailing, providing a sense of openness and connecting the interior with the private outdoor space.

    • Interior:

The layout is optimized for smaller spaces, featuring clever storage solutions and multifunctional areas to ensure comfort and usability.

Architectural Features

  • Facade:

All villas feature a predominantly white concrete façade that provides a clean, modern look. The use of carbonized wood introduces a textural contrast and adds a natural element to the design. The front façades are intentionally closed off to provide privacy, while the rear façades are open with large glass panels to maximize natural light and connection to the courtyard.

  • Courtyard:

Each villa has a private courtyard that serves as a tranquil outdoor retreat. The courtyards are landscaped to enhance the overall ambiance, providing space for outdoor dining, relaxation, and recreation.

  • Traditional Meets Contemporary:

The project harmonizes traditional shapes with contemporary design elements. The use of white concrete smooths out sharp angles, while the integration of carbonized wood and glass adds a modern touch to the overall aesthetic.

This project offers a sophisticated and private living environment, combining modern architectural principles with a nod to traditional forms, all while ensuring each villa feels like a serene personal retreat.
