The building stands proudly in front of the picturesque Black Drini River in Struga, Macedonia, a wonderful blend of modern elegance and artistic charm. With its four floors, the structure is a testament to refined taste and creative vision.
The facade is a sophisticated mix of glass and stone, allowing panoramic views of the river and the lush landscapes beyond. The ground floor features a Broadway-style entrance that opens into an elegant lobby restaurant with contemporary decor and subtle nods to cinematic themes.
The private theater takes place in the back, a space that resonates with passion and creativity. The couple often organize special film events, intimate film screenings, and discussions, poetry festivals, etc., giving a unique, personal touch to the cinematic experience.
The third and fourth floors are dedicated to hotel accommodation, with a total of 16 elegantly decorated rooms. Each room combines comfort, modern equipment, and tasteful decor that reflects the traditional artistic spirit of Albanian culture.
Throughout the building, there is a seamless blend of comfort, warmth, and traditional contemporary style, creating a retro-futuristic atmosphere. The building is not just a place to stay, but an experience, deeply connected to the art and vibrant cultural life of Struga.
