A green island ... In the architect’s concept, the Valle Verde which literally means the Green Valley, the environment was conceived as an island in the midst of the city noise. Cold elements, like columns in their concrete grey, are melted under the warmth of artificially made lights that combine the lightness of metal and the glow of yellow as a symbol of sunlight. The white elements in the ceiling, rectangular plexyglass, move rhythmically under the change of air conditioner, resembling clouds that float in the sky that change shape and location continously. Naturally, the main element is greenery, present everywhere, even as the framing of paintings made by the architect himself. The brightness, the colors and the overwhelming presence of greenery mitigate the harshness of the dynamic life outside of this environment, to create the serene idea and feeling that only nature can provide.
